After reading about the Star Wars Blu-Ray release I got to thinking that some of my own work is not as good as it could be, and I decided to go back and revise some comics that just didn't work as visuals alone.






I'm sure the fans are going to love it.

Trooper's Helmet

I was always concerned that Trooper's backwards cap came across too retro. I don't know why I never tried giving her a colander before. Totally what an 8-year-kid playing space marines might do.

Chucking Out Time

It's been a while since I've updated this blog. Haven't had room on my mind for anything outside my masters project, which is in the animation stage just now. I'll try and get some more stuff up soon once it all starts taking shape.

Drawing in 3D

An experiment in MS Paint. An experiment I would call a success. The first time I've ever drawn a three-dimensional picture. I've taken 3D photographs and I've converted 2D images to 3D, but drawing in 3D is something else. I wonder where I could take this...

You'll need red/cyan glasses for this, of course.

D'ARK Explosion

Some 2D effects animation I did for an undergraduate film. The environment here it only a temporary render for layout purposes, it's not the look of the final film. No sound effects or camera shake were added for this render, but will be added in the final composite of the film.
