Trooper Animatic

The updated animatic for my degree film...

Jenny Everywhere

My last-minute submission for Jenny Everywhere Day! Would like to have done more but time was against me so I just did a quick sketch and inked it.

After doing this I wouldn't mind doing some more Jenny Everywhere stuff in the future...

El Family

I got thinking about Elwood and the his siblings and before I knew it I was drawing this. Drawn with a brush pen and grey markers. It's amazing how fast this appeared on the piece of paper in front of me at this time in the morning after a few glasses of wine...

Wouldn't mind turning this into a complete piece in the future. I'm also looking forward to exploring Elwood's two other sisters and his mum in the strip...

Ain't as young as He used to be

I wasn't the only one who felt today's strip was worth colouring so I went to town on it. I'm quite please with the results!

Spur of the Moment

New logo for my kinda-comic Spur of the Moment.

The Wiz

There's a little more of my stuff over on Paul's blog. Two words: Sock Wizard.

3D Sock Troll

Paul's christened his new blog with some pics of the Sock Troll I deisgned which he's modelled for his film. Check them out here!

Moonday

A quick drawing in celebration of man landing on the moon 40 years ago today!

Watch

The next step in convince. Continuing on my implants concept. This one's a rougher concept than the previous one, I'm going to continue working on it to try and get a better integration. Skin is tricky to work with. I just used the watch I wear for this test; the next version will probably be modernsied with a small phone-like LCD screen rather than an old digital display. Or maybe even a good old fashioned clockwork one...

I imagine this would be one of the first, a prototype. Soon designers will start adding the art to these implants, making them designer items. Some may find the permanence unappealing, but others will see this as being akin to tattoos or piercings.

Implants

A concept piece. I kept going over this and over this, improving the details bit by bit to try and get it as photo real as possible, but that process can go on forever so I drew the line here. What do you think?
